뉴욕한국택시(NY Korea Taxi)는 사전 예약제로 운영되는 공항 픽업·샌딩, 일반 차량 이동, 장거리 이동, 학교 및 대학교 픽업, 프라이빗 투어 등의 서비스를 제공합니다.
예약 일정에 따라 차량과 기사가 사전에 배정되므로 다음 취소 및 환불 정책이 적용됩니다.
온라인 문의, 견적 요청 또는 예약 요청을 제출하는 것만으로 예약이 확정되는 것은 아닙니다.
뉴욕한국택시가 차량 가능 여부, 일정 및 요금을 확인하고 **예약 확정(Booking Confirmation)**을 제공한 후 예약이 확정됩니다.
고객은 예약 확정서에 표시된 날짜, 시간, 출발지, 목적지, 항공편, 차량, 인원 및 기타 정보를 확인해야 합니다.
일반 공항 픽업·샌딩 및 일반 차량 이동에는 다음 기준이 적용됩니다.
예정된 픽업 시간보다 24시간 이상 전에 취소하면 결제된 차량 서비스 요금을 전액 환불합니다.
다만 제3자 결제업체가 당사에 반환하지 않는 결제 처리 수수료가 실제로 발생한 경우 해당 금액은 제외될 수 있습니다.
예정된 픽업 시간보다 6시간 이상 24시간 미만 전에 취소하면 예약 금액의 50%가 취소 수수료로 적용될 수 있습니다.
나머지 환불 가능 금액은 환불됩니다.
예정된 픽업 시간으로부터 6시간 미만에 취소하는 경우 환불되지 않습니다.
차량 또는 기사가 이미 배정·출발한 경우에도 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
다음과 같이 장시간 차량과 기사 일정이 확보되는 예약에는 별도 기준이 적용됩니다.

서비스 시작시간보다 72시간 이상 전에 취소하면 차량 서비스 요금을 전액 환불합니다.
실제로 반환되지 않는 제3자 결제수수료가 있는 경우 해당 금액은 제외될 수 있습니다.
24시간 이상 72시간 미만 전에 취소하면 예약 금액의 50%가 취소 수수료로 적용될 수 있습니다.
서비스 시작시간으로부터 24시간 미만에 취소하는 경우 환불되지 않습니다.
당일 예약은 차량 또는 기사가 배정된 후에는 일부 또는 전액이 환불되지 않을 수 있습니다.
고객이 정확한 항공편 번호를 제공한 경우 가능한 범위에서 항공편 도착시간을 확인하여 픽업 일정을 조정합니다.
일반적인 항공편 지연만으로 예약이 자동 취소되지는 않습니다.
입국심사, 세관, 수하물, 공항 혼잡 또는 기타 사유로 예약에 포함된 대기시간을 초과하는 경우 예약 당시 안내된 기준에 따라 추가 대기요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.
항공사가 항공편을 취소한 경우 가능한 한 빨리 당사에 연락해야 합니다.
기사 또는 차량이 아직 출발하지 않은 경우 상황에 따라 다음 중 하나를 제공할 수 있습니다.
차량 또는 기사가 이미 출발했거나 공항에서 대기 중인 경우 이미 발생한 비용 또는 제공된 서비스에 해당하는 금액이 환불에서 공제될 수 있습니다.
고객이 지정된 장소에 나타나지 않고 전화, 문자, 카카오톡 또는 기타 등록된 연락방법으로 연락할 수 없는 경우 No-Show로 처리될 수 있습니다.
No-Show 예약은 환불되지 않습니다.
공항 픽업의 경우 항공편 도착, 입국심사, 수하물 지연 등을 합리적으로 고려하지만 고객은 도착 후 당사 또는 기사와 연락을 유지해야 합니다.
다음과 같이 고객이 잘못되거나 불완전한 정보를 제공하여 서비스 제공에 문제가 발생한 경우 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
더 큰 차량 또는 추가 차량이 필요한 경우 추가요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.
날짜, 시간, 출발지, 목적지, 차량 또는 기타 내용을 변경하려면 가능한 한 빨리 연락해야 합니다.
모든 변경은 차량 및 기사 가능 여부에 따라 결정됩니다.
거리, 운행시간, 경유지, 차량 종류 또는 이용내용이 변경되면 요금도 변경될 수 있습니다.
폭설, 홍수, 심각한 폭풍, 도로 폐쇄, 정부 명령, 공항 폐쇄, 비상상황 또는 당사가 합리적으로 통제할 수 없는 사유로 서비스가 불가능하거나 안전하지 않은 경우 운행이 지연, 변경 또는 취소될 수 있습니다.
상황에 따라 다음을 제공할 수 있습니다.
이미 발생한 비용 또는 이미 제공된 서비스는 환불되지 않을 수 있습니다.
당사의 책임으로 확정된 서비스를 제공할 수 없고 합리적인 대체 차량 또는 대체 서비스를 제공하지 못하는 경우 제공되지 않은 차량 서비스 요금을 전액 환불합니다.
승인된 환불은 일반적으로 원래 사용한 결제수단으로 처리됩니다.
환불 처리 후 카드 또는 은행 계좌에 실제 반영되는 기간은 카드사, 은행 및 결제업체에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
다음 예약에는 별도 예약금 또는 특별 취소조건이 적용될 수 있습니다.
예약확정서 또는 별도 계약서에 다른 조건이 명시되어 있으면 해당 예약에는 개별적으로 제공된 조건이 우선 적용됩니다.

NY Korea Taxi provides advance-reservation transportation services including airport pickup and drop-off, standard private transportation, long-distance transportation, school and university transportation, and private tours.
Because vehicles and drivers are scheduled in advance for confirmed reservations, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.
Submitting an online inquiry, quote request, or reservation request does not by itself create a confirmed reservation.
A reservation becomes confirmed after NY Korea Taxi verifies availability, schedule, and pricing and provides a Booking Confirmation.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the confirmed date, time, pickup location, destination, flight information, vehicle, passenger count, and other reservation details.
The following terms generally apply to airport transportation and standard private transportation.
When a reservation is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the transportation service amount paid will be refunded in full.
If a third-party payment processor actually retains a processing fee that is not returned to us, that amount may be excluded from the refund.
For cancellations made 6 to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation amount may apply.
The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.
Reservations canceled less than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
Refunds may also be limited if a vehicle or driver has already been assigned or dispatched.
Separate cancellation terms apply when a vehicle and driver are reserved for an extended period.
Examples include:
If canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled service start time, the transportation service amount paid will be refunded in full.
Actual third-party processing fees that are not returned to us may be excluded.
For cancellations made 24 to 72 hours before service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation amount may apply.
Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service start time are non-refundable.
Same-day reservations may become partially or fully non-refundable after a vehicle or driver has been assigned.
When an accurate flight number is provided, we may monitor publicly available flight information and adjust the airport pickup schedule accordingly.
A normal airline delay does not automatically cancel the reservation.
Additional waiting charges may apply when immigration, customs, baggage, airport congestion, or other circumstances cause the waiting period to exceed any waiting time included in the reservation.
If the airline cancels your flight, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
When the vehicle or driver has not yet been dispatched, we may, depending on the circumstances, provide:
If a driver or vehicle has already been dispatched or is waiting at the airport, costs already incurred or services already provided may be deducted from the refund.
A reservation may be considered a No-Show when the customer fails to appear at the designated pickup location and cannot be reached using the phone number, text messaging, KakaoTalk, or other contact information provided.
No-Show reservations are non-refundable.
For airport pickups, reasonable consideration may be given to flight arrival, immigration processing, and baggage delays, but customers should remain in communication with NY Korea Taxi or the assigned driver after arrival.
Refunds may be limited when service cannot be properly completed because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, including:
Additional charges may apply if a larger or additional vehicle becomes necessary.
Customers requesting changes to the date, time, pickup location, destination, vehicle, or other details should contact us as soon as possible.
All changes are subject to driver and vehicle availability.
Changes involving distance, duration, stops, vehicle type, or service requirements may result in a price adjustment.
Service may be delayed, modified, rescheduled, or canceled due to severe snow, flooding, severe storms, road closures, government restrictions, airport closures, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:
Costs already incurred or services already provided may not be refundable.
If NY Korea Taxi cannot provide a confirmed service due to circumstances within our control and cannot provide a reasonable alternative vehicle or service, the customer will receive a full refund for the transportation service not provided.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
The time required for a refund to appear on a credit card or bank account depends on the applicable bank, card issuer, and payment processor.
